    Jason, just want to say great video. There are a few minor things that you probably have figured by now might need review – the lock on the display indicates whether encryption is enabled (closed lock) or disabled (open lock). Also if you look at the CPS, all eight “buttons” are configurable. How can that be? On its face, the buttons explain six, buttons seven and eight come from the knob which can turn (left/right) and press. Since the A-D function keys on the microphone already map the four menu and navigation buttons, the panel buttons allow for many more functions to be mapped without using the menu. 73, Kai KB2TRW

      Hi Kai, thanks for commenting.
      Yes the lock I did learn about later.
      The buttons are all configurable yes, I think I mentioned that. But the software is for multiple radios too, so maybe that is why it has extra menus for the left-right knob. Not sure, but those settings I didn’t change.
